Premixed in 20L drums and ready to go, formulated with a 5% solution of Benzalkonium Chloride(BAC50), it penetrates and cleans roofing surfaces, leaving them prepared for primer coats.
APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Preparation: Remove loose debris, dirt, and dust from the roof before application.
2. Application: Apply the product undiluted using a low-pressure garden sprayer or similar applicator. Ensure even coverage, focusing on areas with visible mould or algae.
3. Dwell Time: Leave the product on the surface for at least 12 hours to allow thorough penetration and cleaning.
4. Rinse Off: After 12 hours, rinse thoroughly with a high-pressure water cleaner, from the top and working down
